The company is into the Hotels business and relies mainly on selling various food items prepared in its centralized kitchens through online platforms.

Since the central kitchen and the distribution points are spread across various cities and within each city too, the Management needed visibility on the inventory position at the distribution point and the presentation of the sales and stock position on a periodic basis.

Data from various online streams for all the kitchens and distribution points was collated and automation tools implemented in order to present the Management with a dashboard view of periodic sales and daily inventory variances.

This unique challenge was overcome by utilizing a host of available applications with reduced human intervention. Thynkfinn is supporting the company in streamlining its processes and facilitating MIS availability to stakeholders on a daily basis.
