CA Venkatesh Padiyar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 24 years of experience having worked with Corporates and Big 4 Audit firm in the domains of Internal Audit, Systems and Process reviews, SOX 404, SSAE and ISAE reporting, Information Security and Risk Assurance.
In his role as Head of Internal Audit in the Retail and Telecommunications Companies, he has set up Internal Audit departments and assist the Organization manage Internal Control Environment within the Organization.
He has been a Corporate trainer in the SAP domain and has trained team members in Risk Assurance in a complex ERP environment. He has also been a faculty member with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for Information Security.
He has made optimum use of his experience and certifications in various domains to understand and meet client expectations.
CA Anantha Prabhu is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 21 years of experience having worked with major MNCs and leading corporates overseeing the management of the company’s finances and financial activities, including financial risk management, audit management, financial planning, financial reporting and controlling function.
In his role as director finance, he helped company growing inorganically through many acquisitions and instrumental in setting up financial controls and ensure adequate assessment of risk under FCPA and other regulatory requirements.
He has extensive experience in implementation of ERP, Supporting strategy development, settling up cost accounting system for manufacturing set up, developing business intelligent reports, providing analytics and predictive scenarios that drive action and decision-making, setting up finance process for start-ups and automation of finance & accounting operation.

He has 10+ years of experience having worked with big corporates such as Banks (Nationalised and Private Sector), Life Insurance Companies, BPOs, Public Limited Companies, Private Limited Companies, Publication Houses, Partnership Firms, Housing societies and High Net Worth Individuals.
Punarvas has decade of experience in training Corporate and Other Laws to various students across the country. He is a Regular Guest Speaker for ICAI CPE seminars on Corporate Law at the Bangalore, Ernakulam, Kollam, Thrissur and Mangalore branches of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a faculty at ICAI Bangalore and Chennai (SIRC).

CA Kriti is an expert at designing various skill courses on finance and commerce with practical insights for different kinds of clients such as educational institutions, colleges and corporates.
She has also spearheaded the development of an online platform for imparting online education in relation to various professional courses such as CA, CS, CMA and university courses like PUC/B.COM
She is a passionate trainer with a teaching experience of 10 years in Cost and Management Accounting and Business Economics and a faculty at ICAI Bangalore.
